Product Availability
We strive to pack and ship all packages within two business days. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. We have listed the estimated times including our packing time and shipping time. For example, for a Standard Delivery package, the total time is calculated as follows:
(1-2 days for us to pack and ship) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time
For example, if you select Standard Delivery, the shipping time will be 3-7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1-2 days for packing + 3-7 days (shipping time), for a total of 4-9 business days from the time you place your order.
Use of Information
KIDDIE CASTLE will not collect any information about your company's personnel except as specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples of such information are: name, company name, postal address, email address, phone number and product commentary or questions. Upon the purchase of products such information will be used for shipping purposes.

All KIDDIE CASTLE items are priced in United States Dollars (USD). KIDDIE CASTLE accepts from United States of America (excluding USA territories), American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. KIDDIE CASTLE also accepts prepaid orders with checks, e-checks, wire transfers and money orders drawn on a USA bank and payable in U.S. currency.
KIDDIE CASTLE reserves the right to require additional information prior to processing any order. Failure to provide requested information in a suitable and timely fashion will result in a delay of order processing and possible order cancellation.

Sales Tax Information
Persons or Companies engaged in the business of service, repair, or retail are eligible for reseller certification. As such you may be entitled to notification of special offerings and a tax exempt status.
You may be required to transmit a copy of your State's sales or use tax permit and a signed statement attesting to the nature of your business to KIDDIE CASTLE, INC.
It is the policy of the company to charge applicable sales tax if retailers do not supply the appropriate reseller tax identification certificate as required. The company is not responsible for additional tariffs, duties or any form of taxation that apply to items shipped to other states or outside the United States, unless or until governmental policy is established requiring Internet sales to collect applicable sales tax on a state by state basis.
Order Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell. KIDDIE CASTLE reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity of any item on an order. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

KIDDIE CASTLE will use all reasonable best efforts to ensure that all products listed are available. Order Adjustment and Cancellation
KIDDIE CASTLE cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. KIDDIE CASTLE reserves the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses without prior payment in full.
KIDDIE CASTLE can not accept Post Office Box addresses for shipment. We can only ship to physical street addresses. Shipping addresses must comply with commercial delivery standards used by all majors carriers, such as UPS, USPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express and DHL.
In the event you desire to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of order placement. Please provide the Order number and reason. If you desire to cancel an order after the 24 hour period, it is probable that the order will have been processed. If the shipment can be canceled, we will cancel the order. If not, the RETURN POLICY will be in effect with return shipping charges applicable.
Return Policy
Although KIDDIE CASTLE has the highest ranking of consumer satisfaction (and we work very, very hard to earn that), everything does not always go according to plan. We know that... sometimes orders are short shipped... sometimes merchandise is broken... sometimes the wrong product is sent. When that happens, we have the following returns policy. Please read carefully as it is strictly enforced.
KIDDIE CASTLE guarantees full credit for product only or, if available, replacement for all defective items. You may return a defective product up to 7 days after you receive it. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 7 DAYS. Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by KIDDIE CASTLE to be returned to KIDDIE CASTLE shall be at the customer's expense. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 14 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced.
"CLEARANCE" area products purchased are "final sales" and can not be returned.
The liability of KIDDIE CASTLE for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s). KIDDIE CASTLE shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
If you decide to return undamaged or non-defective products, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. All orders shipped via UPS will be subject to UPS Intercept fees, including but not limited to address corrections and/or undeliverable shipments.
